My husband and I needed to relocate from California to Ohio, and Nicholas was recommended to us by one of my husband's work colleagues. We scheduled a trip to Cleveland to look around the area and try to determine where we wanted to rent an apartment. Nicholas spent three days driving us around a variety of East Side neighborhoods and Downtown Cleveland as well. He provided us with MLS listings, made appointments for us to see a variety of apartment complexes, and gave us information about the different neighborhoods. Because of the delayed timing of our move, we were in contact with Nicholas for more than four months. Throughout that time he worked to keep us informed of our options, acted as our liaison with other real estate professionals, and did everything in his power to make sure that we were able to acquire our first choice of living situations. In the end, Nicholas must have spent at least 40 or 50 hours of his time to help us, even though his financial compensation (that was a part of our relocation package) was minimal. He is a real estate professional who truly cares about his clients. We will plan to use his services in the future if we decide to buy a home, and I would recommend him without reservation to anyone who is looking for a realtor who is dedicated, reliable, and a person of stellar character.
